Podiatrists

Adam Chalmers - Podiatrist, B.Pod.M.A.Pod.A
I have been a Podiatrist for over 20 years. The Wimmera Foot and Ankle Clinic is an addition to my clinic based in Ballarat, the Ballarat Foot and Ankle Clinic.
I am passionate about sporting injuries and I enjoy getting people performing at their best, at all levels, in any sport. I work closely with an AFL rehab coach in designing our Ankle Rehabilitation program to ensure it is always at a level that is AFL standard. I have been using Extracorporeal Shockwave Treatment, Laser Treatments, Dry Needling, Foot Manipulation Therapy and Kinesio Taping for many years.
I have always had a particular interest in footwear and understand the technical side and the implications this has on performance.
Paediatrics is a special field of interest of mine and I have been providing free Kindergarten screenings as a Community Service for over a decade across the Wimmera and now in Ballarat. Informing parents of potential issues a child may have in kindergarten helps many children avoid painful conditions in later life.
I have always ensured my skills remain at the forefront of Podiatry. I incorporate the latest treatment modalities into my clinics to ensure my patients have the best treatment available. I Mentor Podiatrists across both clinics.
I was on the Podiatry Association Board of Victoria for five years and spent time as the Vice President. I enjoy promoting the profession of Podiatry to showcase their expertise in all areas of the foot and lower leg. I am also a Business Coach at Ideal Practice. I work with Podiatrists around Australia giving them the tools for best possible Podiatry Practice and business advice

Kerri - Administrative Services Officer and Footwear Specialist
I have lived in Horsham all my life. I’ve been working at the Wimmera Foot and Ankle Clinic as a receptionist since 2011. Whilst working at the clinic I have completed a Certificate IV in retail management and successfully completed a Clarks training course. I also won the WOW awards three years in a row for my excellent customer service. I really enjoy working in such a fun and caring environment and satisfying customer needs.
Some of my favourite pass times are water skiing, motor bike riding, and fishing, running and spending time with my family.
